In 2017 we were very pleased to announce the addition of this 3rd property to our portfolio of luxury self-catering accommodation at Clos de la Tour.

The Cottage is situated in a slightly different area of Clos de la Tour to the Apartments and benefits from a separate but beautifully sunny and secluded south facing garden. It is a charming building which has recently been refurbished to the same high standard as that of the Garden Apartment and the Loft Apartment. The Cottage was assessed in late 2017 and was awarded 4 stars plus a Gold Award by the Quality in Tourism Assessor.

With its own entrance through a private glass porchway, leading directly from the garden area, The Cottage has a wonderfully simple open plan design on both its ground floor and first floor levels. It is ideally suited for 2 adults and 2 further adults or children which can be accommodated on single sofa beds in the open plan seating area on the 1st floor. There are also 2 single sofa beds in the lounge area on the ground floor.

The simply designed kitchen area on the ground floor is fully equipped with an undercounter  fridge with freezer compartment, electric oven, grill and hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle and Nespresso coffee machine plus an extensive range of crockery, cutlery, general kitchen utensils, pots and pans. The dining area has a wooden dining table with 4 chairs.

Cottage Lounge fs

The cosy, fully carpeted lounge area on the ground floor boasts a modern double sofa plus two chairs which each convert into a single bed, coffee tables, an HDMI enabled flat screen TV with Sky Freesat and a Bluetooth music system.
